"As an artist who has worked in the foundation world for many years, I am interested in helping to develop thriving, vibrant arts communities that are highly valued by their broader communities. What interests me about consulting? Looking at big picture efforts that impact a large number of organizations; helping to develop programs that build stronger leaders and organizations; and conducting organizational assessments that move organizations closer to realizing their goals."

Some recent and current projects are:

• Defining Hawai‘i's Creative Economy, a project to support the economic development of arts and cultural communities in Hawaii by by strengthening their relationships with other economic sectors.

• Success = Leadership, a project to design a continual learning framework for graduates of various leadership programs of the Hawai‘i Community Foundation
